Hi Elaine,

Thank you for your question about Avery Postcards for Laser Printers.

AVE 5689 Postcards, as well as all other Avery Cards for Laser Printers, are designed for use in desktop printers only, not large format or multifunction machines.

To use Avery Postcards in a desktop laser printer, change the printer setting to "cardstock" or "photo paper" before you print.

Avery does not provide postcard paperweight in pounds. Instead, they use their own designations cards. The Postcards for Laser Printers are designated as "average." Avery Postcards for Inkjet Printers are "thinnest."
