Does this come with a one or two-page monthly calendar for each month as well as the daily pages? I live in California...will there be tax added and if so, how much? Thanks!

This planner refill comes with twelve one-page monthly calendars. Each calendar is tabbed for easy access.

In addition, we do asses sales tax for California customers. The tax rate varies from county to county. The rate is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
