Hi Rob,
Thanks for your question about the Vertiflex™ Products Suggestion Box with Message Board.
The section that holds the suggestion cards is actually two pockets, each measuring 4.75" w x 4.125" h. The are sized to hold small suggestion cards, not full size paper.
The Vertiflex Suggestion Box comes with a free pack of suggestion cards, and you can order refills here.
