Thank you for your question on Mead Expandables 13-Pocket Files.
This check file comes with two different tab sets, so you can set your index system right away. Each file includes a set of A-Z tabs, so you can organize your documents alphabetically, as well as Jan. - Dec. tabs, so you can organize by month.
