Hi Joe,
Thank you for your question about the Georgia Pacific Hygienic Push-Paddle Towel Dispenser.
This dispenser doesn't automatically start a new roll when the stub is empty. You have to manually feed the end of the new and the stub rolls through the rollers. The dispenser will feed both rolls until the stub is depleted.
