Hi Irene,
Thank you for your question about the Brother QL-700 Label Printers and Labels.
The DK-1203 is the correct file folder label roll for your project. If you are having problems printing your labels, it is probably time to update the driver software.
Brother will walk you through the process. Just give them a call at 877-276-8437. To get through the automated system, choose "product support" at the first prompt, then say "QL-700." I spoke with a Brother representative, and they told me to tell you that whatever you do, DO NOT say "printer." That will send you to the wrong department and a down frustrating path of holds and transfers.
Once you update your driver, you can print your hanging file folder labels with the DK-1203 roll. Hope this solves your problem!
