You don't have to replace your printer stand if you break the wheels. You can just replace the wheels.
If the wheels broke due to a flaw in construction, Master will replace the wheels free of charge. You can contact them at 800-323-5513.
Keep in mind, the most common cause of broken wheels is overloading the stand. The stand can support up to 75 lbs. before you have to worry about breaking the casters.
If the casters broke because of improper use, you'll have to purchase the replacements. These Master Caster Duet Wheels will fit your printer stand.
