Sticky wheels are usually dirty wheels, or wheels in need of lube. A few blasts of WD-40 should solve either problem. Spray lubes are great for cleaning and lubricating metal. If you have debris like carpet threads obstructing the wheel, you can cut that off with scissors. Cleaning and lubing your cart wheels is the fastest way to return them to good working order.
If your wheel is beyond a little cleaning and you definitely need to get a new one, give the folks at Advantus a call at 800-771-0529. They'll take care of you. Vertiflex carts take specially designed Vertiflex wheels, so you'll have to get replacements directly from the manufacturer.
