Thank you for your question about Universal File Folder Labels.
You are in the right place for labels for your UNV-12115 File Folders. You can use either the plain white 80011 labels, or the color-coded 80111 set.
These are the Universal Brand equivalents of Avery 5266 labels. So you can use 5266 Avery Templates to customize them.

These are standard, no-frills label designs, but Avery has lots more you can use. Just head to Avery.com and type "5266" into the search bar to see all the different Avery templates you can use with your Universal labels.
If you don't want to download anything, you can use the Avery Design and Print Studio to customize your labels online. Just enter "5266" in Quick Search bar.
