Hi Megan,
I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your TZe label tape. Luckily, I think I know what the problem is.
How long have your had your tape? TZe Tape has a shelf life of 15 months. That means that after 15 months in the cassette this thermal label tape starts to degrade, resulting in lower print quality. Past the shelf expiration period, the older the tape, the worse the results. A fresh cassette should solve your problems.
