Thanks for your question about the Heavy Duty Three Hole Punch w/150 sheet capacity by Carl Manufacturing. This model does not accommodate A4 size paper and the guide is not adjustable. The CUI63300 by Carl is a higher capacity punch that will accommodate A4 paper. We can special order this item for $274.95 (as of 1/2014) however it should be noted that On Time Supplies only offers shipping inside the U.S.
