Thanks for your question about the Advantus Grip-A-Strip Display Rails. These rails are designed for a document to be "fed" into the rail which have rollers in that will catch the document. If you find that your document is inserting slightly crooked you may just need to try feeding it in again. Please let us know if you have any additional question or require further assistance.
