Hi Don,
Thanks for your note. Here are specifications from the manufacturer.
Back Cover Insert Size 9 1/2" x 11 3/16"
Front Cover Insert Size 11 15/32" x 11 3/16" Spine Insert Size 3" x 11 3/16"
They do not have the exterior dimensions listed, but I am going to pull a binder and measure myself. Here are the dimensions:
It is 10 1/4" x 11 1/2"
