Hey Chaya,

Thanks for your note about the Avery index tab dividers. The tabs themselves, and the tabs do come with inserts that you can use an inkjet or laser printer. The template can be found on Avery's website and you can just use the product number of 11468 to look the the proper template for Microsoft word or compatible word applications. The actual dividers is a cream colored paper and it is not a clear paper. Hope that answers your question and we really appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
