Hi Judy,
Thank you very much for your note about the difference between the Smead Legal Green File Folders and the Universal Legal Green File Folders. Well they are both 1/3 cut, top tab, have the exact same post consumer contenent, which is 10%, and are both 11 point stock. The only difference is that the Smead is "A supplier that was either certified by WBENC as a woman-owned business or by NMSDC as a minority-owned business or is affiliated with AbilityOne."
If this is important then I would think that Smead is your choice. If you are ok with ordering a generic like Universal then I would go with them and I think you will be happy with the Universal quality. Both also have options for bulk or whole sale pricing when you buy a full case and both have quick delivery for bulk. Smead bulk is 3-5 days and Universal bulk is 1-2 days for delivery.
