Thanks for your question about the SuperStrength Locking Slant-D Ring 5" Binder. To answer your question, there is no product difference in 11932 and 11932CB - it is the same item.
When Tops Products acquired Cardinal Brand some of their product numbers overlapped so to differentiate the numbers they added CB to the end of the Cardinal product numbers.
