Hi Karyn,
Thank you very much for your question to see how many self adhesive folder dividers you would recommend putting inside a regular letter size folder. So most letter size folders are going to have a 3/4 inch score at the bottom of the folder to create a flat base. Smead does not have a standard recommendation, but they typically put one divider per folder. They said that it would be a little crowded with 2 and 3 would be the max.
