Regarding your question if Infoprint Solutions is either Ricoh or IBM - I have your answer.
InfoPrint Solutions was formed on June 1, 2007 as a joint venture between IBM’s Printing Systems Division and Ricoh. Ownership increasingly transferred from IBM to Ricoh until 2010 when the merger was complete.
So the answer to your question is really both companies. : )
