Thanks for your question about the Smead Hanging File Tab/Insert. Unfortunately, these labels are not suitable for printing. These inserts are only recommended for hand-writing. If you have a personal label maker you can use that to label the inserts otherwise a more suitable option may be these printable inserts by Avery.
