On Time Supplies carries over 40,000 office supplies that are available for purchase to anyone located within the continental U.S. However, we also stock some supplies that are under our GSA contract where only Federal Government customers can purchase the items due to our GSA contract pricing. State and local agencies (ie. city/county/state government, schools, police, etc) as well as non-profits do not qualify for FSSI/GSA pricing due to our contract restrictions.

Here is a link to all of the .7 mm pencils we stock. Although this particular pencil is under our GSA contract perhaps you can find an alternate that would meet your needs.
