Thank you for your question about the Rubbermaid Fire-Resistant Dome Receptacle.
Unfortunately, replacement springs are not available for this receptacle because the self-closing door's spring hinges are welded to the dome top.
If the product is less than a year old you can contact Rubbermaid at 1-800-347-9800 to start a warranty claim.
