Thank you very much for your question. The Durable open key system does come with 6 starter key tags and we do offer several options for Key Tag Replacements . These key tags are sold in a 24 assorted package, a 6 pack black, or 6 pack blue. We can also special order the 6 pack in yellow or red. These are special ordered through our customer service and you can call 866-501-6055 to place a special order.
