LetraTag Label Maker is considered a home/personal use label maker is not recommended for the type of labeling you mentioned. The closest labels they have to water-resistant (not water-proof) would be their plastic/glossy labels like the one in this link.
DYMO manufactures the Rhino series label maker for industrial purposes like you mentioned. Here is a link to some of the Rhino label makers options we stock.
