Hi Bill,
"Junior legal" in terms of notepads regularly refers to pads that are of 5x8 size.
Standard legal pads are 8.5 x 11 3/4. The ruling can be referred to as Legal, Wide, Jr Legal, Narrow or Medium.
I've indicated the spacing that corresponds to those ruling types below. Hopefully this helps you in locating the item that you need!
Wide/Legal Ruling 11/32'' line spacing
