So basically most time clocks come with software that allows you to run reports, keep your employee information, and some light analysis. The web option offers all these featurers, but it allows your empoyees submit their hours remotely. They can use their mobile devices, their home pc or laptop, or remotely through their web portal.
It is a great option if you have sales people or other employees who may work from home. It is billable on a monthly basis, which would be direct from Acroprint, and all their pricing options can be found on the Acroprint website.
