When did you purchase the chair?
Less Than 2 Years: The upholstery on the chair is covered for 2 years under the manufacturer's warranty. If it has been less than two years since you purchased the chair you should contact Global at 1.800.220.1900 to file a warranty claim. You will need the date and trailer number from the chair which can be found on a sticker under the chair.
More Than 2 Years: The upholstery is no longer covered by the manufacturer. We can special order this item for you. I will you email you pricing as soon as it is available.
