Thanks for your question.
BIC writing instruments,including correction tape, are “consumer products” as defined by the Consumer Product Safety Act. With that being said, BIC products are exempt from MSDS requirements when they are manufactured, used or distributed pursuant to OSHA guidelines. If you require documentation for your files, we can provide you with a letter from BIC outlining these guidelines.
