It's difficult to say if this product is suitable for automatic urinal sensors without knowing the manufacturer's specifications. Some manufacturer's may recommend an alkaline battery vs. lithium. Something else to keep in mind is the size batteries needed. This battery is more of a "battery pack" than individual batteries.
