Thank you very much for your question regarding red vinyl report covers. To answer your question Acco does not manufacture 1/2" clear cover/red report covers. However, we have a couple of alternatives that I think will work great for you!
Here is a "Clear Report Cover, Tang Clip, Letter 1/2" in Red" It is sold in a 25 pack, and is cheaper per each unit when you compare to a 10 pack sold by ACCO.
Here is an Universal brand or "house brand", which is a generic to the name brand office supplies. I was able to locate a 1/2 red with clear report cover, which I think will work out well for you. Hope one of these will work for you. We also carry this item in black, dark blue, green, red, light blue, and assorted colors.
