The Brother QL-700 does work on Paypal however, as Paypal is a 3rd party software you will need to contact Brother for detailed instructions on how to use this label maker with paypal.
The QL-700 comes with all the software needed to run the printer, Brother have developled a "work around" to intergrate with Paypal, this additional information is not currently shipped with the product.
