Hi Melissa,
Thank you for your question to see if Ontimesupplies.com has solid paper tab dividers. I was able to find solid color dividers that are made out of ployethylene or solid platic that may work for you. I was also able to find an Avery Write-on multicolor tabs that are made out of solid paper.
I was also found some multicolor plastic tab dividers from Avery that look like they could work out well for you. They are plastic, but they look good. One thing you may want to consider is the reason that almost all manufacturers are using plastic is because it is more durable and paper slides off plastic better.
