While the BIC Brite Liner Highlighter is super brilliant in vibrancey and color, it is not fluorescent under a black light.

I was able to find an alternative Expo Neon brand that will work with black light and it is a fluorescent highlighter. Here is the link to our site with the Expo Neon highlighters.
