Thank you for your question. I checked on some other filler paper that is less expensive. Here is the link to some cheap filler paper.
The reason that this Oxford Earthwise recycled filler paper is so expensive is because it is 100% recycled and the the process of recycling the paper is more expensive. Hope this helps and please call or e-mail us with any questions.
