Bond paper is a high quality, durable writing/printing paper similar to bank paper but having a weight greater than 50 g/m 2 . This particular paper has a weight of 20 lbs or 75 g/m 2 .
The name comes from it originally being made for documents such as government bonds. Now, it is used for letterheads, other stationary, and as paper for electronic printers.
