Unfortunately, at this time, the shallowest depth we have in organizer trays are this Rubbermaid Drawer Organizer and the Universal Recycled Drawer Organizer. Both have a height of 1 1/8 inches.
I have spoken with several different manufacturers and have not found any that manufacture a desk drawer organizer less than 1" inch in height.
