Thank you for your interest in the Avery labels. I'd be more than happy to help you with your question.
The Avery office products are definitely compatible with the HP printers, but this particular type of labels/inserts are recommended for inkjet printers, not the deskjet style that you have. The labels can definitely be used with the printer, but it is not ideal.
